Yes, this is essential. I have 2 dummy monitors and one very low res physical one that I keep hooked up so I can show people things, but my monitors are all off-centre because of the different resolutions.

I spent about 20 minutes trying to figure out how to do this before I gave up and came here.

Being able to choose where each window is in space is essential.
