usb passthru for usb mic or using a vive facial tracker

allowing for usb data passthrough, allowing for a mic, webcam, vive facial tracker, or anything really to be plugged into the usb c port and used in steam vr wirelessly. ive gotten this working fully on virtualhere, but its a 50$ app so i dont want to do full purchase.
