Coffee Table seating position in Apartment to see up main street AND be close to the screen

I've included pictures on the discord channel but essentially, I want the coffee table to be one of the seating options in the Apartment so we can be close to the TV and also see the main highstreet at the back of the apartment.

I'm sure we've all sat on a coffee table, kitchen counter or footstool once in our lives.

(It's the least of the two evils when compared to giving us controller induced locomotion)
