Adjustable playback speed for videos.

It would be nice to be able to control playback speed of videos, as well as audio delay, much like VLC offers.

Add bindings to adjust screen distance

Currently there are only bindings to adjust the screen size. Please implement two bindings to increase/decrease the screen distance slider as well. This allows user to adjust screen size while playing SBS/OU video's with a desktop media...

Option to lock desktop to follow the orientation of your HMD.

When I turn my head the desktop screen follows centered in my view.

Optimus Fix

I used to run the DK1 and DK2 on an Intel HD4000 laptop. VRDesktop was my favorite app. It ran fine in extended desktop mode and the latency was not a problem. (When they broke that, I pretty much stopped using the Rift.) It seems that...

Vive controller support?

I'd love to see some sort of support for Vive controllers. Just some way of being able to use them in the VD, because it would be so nice to not be bound to my desk while I use it.

Add DirectShow as alternative rendering engine

On my computer all videos have a black screen in VirtualDesktop. This also belongs to all other video players. However other video players let me switch to DirectShow where the videos work with. But Virtual Desktop only has a single video...
